This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Home Services LLC ("Easy Home Services," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at JustEasyHomeServices.com (the "Site") and the services we provide through it.

Easy Home Services LLC is a United States home-services company that coordinates residential repair, maintenance, and improvement work and builds relationships with independent home-service professionals.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

Service provider applications. When you apply to join our provider network, we collect the information you enter on the application form, which may include:

• Your full name and, if applicable, your business or company name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your city, state, ZIP code, and the service area you cover
• The trades and services you offer
• Your years of experience
• Whether you carry liability insurance
• Professional licenses or certifications you hold, as you describe them
• Whether you have your own work vehicle and tools
• Your general availability
• The description of your experience that you write for us

Contact messages. When you use our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your city and state if you provide them, the topic you select, and the content of your message.

Other communications. If you email, call, or otherwise correspond with us, we keep a record of that correspondence and any information you choose to include in it.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Site and our hosting provider may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate the Site securely and to understand general usage patterns.

2.3 Information from third parties

If you are a service provider applicant and we proceed with your application, we may receive information about you from third parties — for example, verification of a professional license through a public state licensing database, or a certificate of insurance from your insurance carrier or agent. Where a background or verification check requires your authorization, we will ask for that authorization separately before any such check is performed.

3. Information we do not collect through this Site

We deliberately limit what our online forms ask for. Our provider application and contact forms do not collect:

• Social Security numbers or other government-issued national identifiers
• Bank account, routing, credit card, or other payment account details
• Taxpayer identification numbers (including EINs and ITINs)
• Driver's-license numbers or images of identification documents

Please do not enter that kind of information into any field on this Site. If information is needed later in a working relationship — for example, tax documentation required for payment — we will request it separately through an appropriate and secure channel.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and evaluate service provider applications
• Contact you about your application, your message, or your working relationship with us
• Match service providers with residential job opportunities that fit their trades, service area, and availability
• Coordinate scheduling and job details between homeowners and service providers
• Respond to questions from homeowners, vendors, and potential business partners
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services
• Keep records required for our business operations
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and misuse of the Site
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms & Conditions

We do not use the information you submit through our forms to send you marketing text messages. See Section 6.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• To coordinate a job. If you are a service provider who accepts a job, we share the details needed to complete it with the homeowner or customer (such as your name, business name, trade, and contact information). If you are a customer, we share the details needed to complete the job with the assigned service provider.
• Service providers we rely on. We use third-party vendors to operate our business — for example website hosting, form submission handling, email, and phone or messaging services. These vendors may process your information on our behalf and are expected to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• Business transfers. If Easy Home Services LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure it remains subject to appropriate protections.
• With your direction. We share information in other ways when you ask us to or give us permission.

6. Text messaging (SMS)

We currently do not send marketing text messages. Submitting the provider application, the contact form, or any other form on this Site does not enroll you in text messaging of any kind and is not consent to receive marketing text messages.

We may in the future introduce text messaging to communicate with customers and service providers — for example, job opportunity notifications, scheduling updates, or appointment reminders. If and when we do, the following will apply:

• Separate, express written consent. We will obtain your prior express written consent through a clearly labeled, separate opt-in before sending you any text messages. Consent will never be pre-checked or bundled into a general form submission.
• Consent is not a condition. Agreeing to receive text messages will not be a condition of applying to our provider network, of being offered work, or of purchasing any service.
• Program details at sign-up. At the point of opt-in, we will identify the program, the type and purpose of the messages, and the expected message frequency. Message frequency may vary.
• Carrier charges. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out. You will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and to request help by replying HELP. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.
• No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected for text messaging will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. They will be shared only with the service providers necessary to deliver the messages.

When a text messaging program launches, this section and the relevant forms will be updated with the specific program terms, and we will publish those terms before sending any messages.

7. Cookies and website analytics

This Site is designed to be lightweight. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Site. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or server logs to deliver the Site, protect it from abuse, and measure aggregate traffic.

If we add analytics or other cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this section to describe what they do and, where required by law, provide a way to manage your preferences. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Because we do not currently engage in cross-site tracking for advertising, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals differently from ordinary requests.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of a working relationship with a service provider, to complete and document a coordinated job, or to respond to and follow up on an inquiry. We also keep information as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations, and to resolve disputes.

Applications that do not lead to a working relationship are retained for a reasonable period in case a suitable opportunity arises, and are then deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your application at any time (see Section 10).

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including serving this Site over an encrypted HTTPS connection and limiting access to submissions to the people who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through web forms or email.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request a copy of that information
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your information, including a provider application
• Ask us to stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — for example the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comprehensive privacy laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas. These may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising. Easy Home Services LLC does not sell personal information and does not use it for targeted advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may ask for proof of that authorization.

11. Children's privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
