1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Easy Home Services LLC ("Easy Home Services," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at JustEasyHomeServices.com (the "Site") and any services, forms, or communications offered through it.

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are and what we do

Easy Home Services LLC is a United States limited liability company. We coordinate residential repair, maintenance, and improvement work and we build relationships with independent home-service professionals, contractors, subcontractors, handymen, and skilled tradespeople who may perform that work.

Independent professionals. Service providers in our network are independent businesses or independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Easy Home Services LLC, and nothing on the Site creates such a relationship. Each service provider is solely responsible for the manner, means, methods, and quality of the work they perform, for their own tools, equipment, vehicles, personnel, and for their compliance with all licensing, permitting, insurance, tax, and safety requirements applicable to their trade and jurisdiction.

Examples, not guarantees of availability. Trades and services described on the Site are examples of the kinds of work our network is built around. Listing a trade or service does not mean it is currently available in every market, or at all times.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or submit information to us. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so on that business's behalf.

4. Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to our business. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information
• Use the Site or its forms to send spam, advertising, or unsolicited solicitations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated scraping, excessive requests, or malicious code
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as permitted in Section 9
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, or decline to process a submission, at our discretion.

5. Service provider applications and network participation

5.1 An application is not an offer or a contract

Submitting a provider application does not create a contract, employment relationship, partnership, or any obligation for Easy Home Services LLC to offer you work. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Acceptance into our network does not obligate us to send you job opportunities.

5.2 No guarantee of work, volume, or income

Easy Home Services LLC makes no representation, promise, or guarantee regarding the number of job opportunities you will receive, the amount of work available, the value of any job, or any level of earnings or income. Opportunities depend on factors outside our control, including homeowner demand in your area, the trades you offer, your availability, pricing, and your performance. Any statement on the Site about receiving job opportunities is a description of how our network is intended to work, not a guarantee of results.

5.3 Accuracy of the information you provide

You agree that the information in your application is accurate and complete, and you will notify us promptly if it changes — particularly changes to your licensing, insurance, service area, or availability. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal from our network.

5.4 Licensing, insurance, and compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, and insurance coverage required for the work you perform in the jurisdictions where you perform it, and for complying with all applicable building codes, safety rules, and employment and tax laws. We may ask you to provide documentation of licensing or insurance, and we may decline to work with you if it is not provided.

5.5 Verification

We may verify information you provide, including by reviewing public licensing records. Where a background, credit, or driving-record check requires your authorization under applicable law, we will request that authorization separately before conducting any such check. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank details, tax identification numbers, or driver's-license numbers through this Site.

5.6 Accepting and performing work

You are free to accept or decline any job opportunity. If you accept a job, you agree to perform it in a professional, workmanlike, and timely manner, to communicate clearly with the customer and with us, to treat the customer's property with care, and to comply with any specific written terms applicable to that job. Specific terms — including scope, pricing, payment, scheduling, insurance requirements, and warranty obligations — will be set out in a separate written agreement or job authorization between you and Easy Home Services LLC. Where those terms conflict with these Terms for that job, the separate agreement controls.

5.7 Removal from the network

We may remove any service provider from our network at any time, with or without cause, including for quality, safety, reliability, communication, conduct, licensing, or insurance concerns.

6. Homeowners and customers

Information on the Site about residential services is provided for general informational purposes and is not an offer to perform work or a quote. Any work we coordinate for a homeowner or property owner will be subject to a separate written agreement, estimate, or authorization describing the scope, price, and terms of that specific job. Pricing, availability, and the specific services offered vary by market and may change.

7. Communications and text messaging

By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you using the email address and phone number you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about your application or a job.

Submitting a form on this Site does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we introduce text messaging in the future, we will obtain your separate, express written consent before sending you messages, consent will not be a condition of applying or of purchasing any service, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. 8. Your submissions

You are responsible for the content you submit to us. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. By submitting content (such as a description of your experience), you grant Easy Home Services LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating our business — for example, evaluating your application and matching you with job opportunities. Please do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal identifiers through the Site.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, images, layout, design, and the Easy Home Services name and logo — are owned by Easy Home Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use in connection with our services. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. Your use of a third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY HOME SERVICES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate. Content on the Site is general information and is not professional, legal, construction, engineering, or safety advice for your specific situation.

Because service providers in our network are independent businesses, Easy Home Services LLC does not warrant the work performed by any individual service provider except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement covering a specific job.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY HOME SERVICES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO OBLIGATIONS UNDER A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT COVERING A SPECIFIC JOB.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Home Services LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) information you submit to us; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; and (e) if you are a service provider, the work you perform and your compliance with licensing, insurance, tax, employment, and safety obligations.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Add governing state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Easy Home Services LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Add county and state for venue], and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief where appropriate, or from bringing an individual claim in small claims court where jurisdiction permits.

15. Changes to these terms

16. General provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Easy Home Services LLC regarding the Site, and supersede prior discussions about it. A separate written agreement covering a specific job controls over these Terms for that job.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
